"Heartache"

Heartache is nothing but emotional bleeding.

It's the feeling of your heart's chambers emptying out all of your blood

and then having it completely drained from the rest of your body.

You lay there bloodless and spiritless.

You might as well be dead because

emotionally that is what you are.

With heartache

you emotionally bleed

every last feeling left inside

and all you can do is lie there

in a very blank state

totally lifeless

as the world around you continues on

without you in it....
